SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Payment
Orders must be paid in full before they are released.
- Order Details.
- M.A.E.X Kinetics sends a confirmation of all orders received. Please carefully review our sales order confirmation immediately upon receipt for accuracy of product dimensions and specifications, shipping address, delivery instructions, as well as any & all other information specific to your order.
- If any of this information on your confirmation is incorrect, if you do not receive a confirmation, or if you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must contact M.A.E.X Kinetics immediately. If M.A.E.X Kinetics isn’t notified of such inaccuracies within two (2) days of the date when the order was placed, or if you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must contact M.A.E.X Kinetics. We will not be responsible for such errors or non-acceptance of these policies.
- Rush orders have no grace period.
- Product is typically ready for shipment or delivery from two to eight weeks from the date of order. Upon request, we will provide an estimated completion date for your order. Please note that with 12 + years of experience we do our very best to accurately estimate your order timing, however, it is an estimated schedule, not guaranteed. We will not sacrifice quality to rush manufacturing of an order. We cannot be responsible for factors out of our control, such as suppliers, shippers, weather, etc. Orders cannot be cancelled due to not meeting our estimated lead times.
- If delivery needs to be rescheduled, for reasons such as, but not limited to failing to provide a sample of certificate of insurance or its necessary requirements, another delivery fee of equal amounts as the first will be charged to schedule the delivery.
- You are responsible for knowing; whether the furniture or ornamental item, you have purchased will fit through all elevators, stairwells, corridors & doorways, around all corners, turns & bends in the building where the delivery is to take place. If upon delivery, the furniture does not fit, the customer is responsible.
- Cancellation Policy
- CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NON CANCELABLE AND NON RETURNABLE
- In the event you cancel your order while en route or if the package is considered
“undeliverable “ by the freight company at the final delivery destination, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling cost back to our facility. Your payment will be refunded minus the shipping cost plus a 25% restocking feeonce it has been inspected at our facility.
- Scheduling Delivery / Studio Pickup
- Any damaged or missing merchandise Must be noted on the packing slip prior to your leaving the M.A.E.X Kinetics studio Premises. There is no recourse if there is notation made on the packing slip.
- If a customer delays shipment, local delivery, or pick up for more than two (2) business days from when the order is ready, M.A.E.X Kinetics will be process final payment on the order.
- If a customer delay shipment, local delivery , or does not provide payment for the final balance for more than fifteen(15) days from when the order is ready M.A.E.X Kinetics will begin charging a storage fee $10 per day for the order.
- If a customer has delayed transportation of their order for more than (30) business days from when the order is ready, the customer’s order becomes AS IS/FINAL SALE and M.A.E.X Kinetics will not be responsible for the condition of their order.
- If a customer has delayed transportation of their order for more than ninety (90) Business days from when the order is ready, the customer forfeit their order, any, monies paid to
M.A.E.X Kinetics towards that order, and M.A.E.X Kinetics takes possession of the merchandise.
- What if you notice damage to your shipment?
- All of our shipments are fully insured!
If you see visible damage to the cartons or the product, immediately write down
Unpack and inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
SAVE ALL BOXES AND PACKING MATERIAL. They are required if you need to return the product.
Shipping Damage: You must notify M.A.E.X Kinetics within 24 hours of receiving your order. M.A.E.X Kinetics is not responsible for any damage that is not noted on the packing slip at the time of delivery.
Please inspect your new Items carefully upon delivery. If you have any concerns please notify M.A.E.X Kinetics immediately. Any concerns not noted on the packing slip are not the responsibility of M.A.E.X Kinetics. Please make sure all merchandise is accounted for and in satisfactory condition.
DO NOT ALLOW THE DELIVERY CREW TO LEAVE WITHOUT INSPECTING YOUR MERCHANDISE AND MAKING NECESSARY NOTATIONS ON THE PACKING SLIP.
There is no recourse if there is no notation made on the packing slip.
Your shipment is fully insured. If your product arrives with damage we maintain the right to file an insurance claim with the carrier if they did not handle your products properly. In this unlikely event, you must allow the carrier to pick up, and inspect the products and packaging at the delivery location. M.A.E.X Kinetics and its agents are not responsible for any damages if pick-up and inspection is denied.
If a surrogate (doorman, family, friends, neighbor, etc) Receives the merchandise on your behalf, you are still responsible for making sure all merchandise is accounted for and in satisfactory condition; and if not, notations must be made on the packing slip and M.A.E.X Kinetics must be contacted within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for damages to items that were not properly removed prior to our delivery team’s are not authorized or insured to move items other than the merchandise being delivered. The teams are also not authorized or insured to mount, install, or drill any items on your wall.
Return Policy: Standard items only
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
All returns require prior written authorization and RMA# on the bill of lading, manifest, or shipping label.
AII returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order and within 15 days upon receiving returns as long as returned product is in fully resalable condition (no damage, no signs of use, protective paper still in place.)
All returns must have original packaging with freight prepaid and insured.
Any shipping and packaging fees that may be included will be broken out and deducted from any refund. We will not reimburse, nor credit any of these included charges.
Floor models are sold as is and are not returnable.
